  7. So can someone tell me why he doesnt choose to put all his points into these 3 stats

Luck WIS and STR i mean the power output alone would make him a force to be reckoned with.

For example WIS increases magic resistance and magic regeneration which btw increases his magic passively so it goes up 10 time the normal amount making it very hard to combat him plus the resistance that comes with it is immense.
I mean look at his physical resistance that is up to level 59 or so. Meaning he can take a hit imagine that for magic. Yes becoming stronger then his teacher is necessary but the power to to resist all kinds of magic via sleeping or poison would come in handy.

Okay luck isnt needed but it can help critcal attacks for example and also getting tons of money and buying a ton of crap. Items are important for the gamer and plus imagine how powerful he would be if he had 100 luck we have seen characters put only 20 or 40 points in luck and the gamer is incredibly lucky.

And finally str which i mean all the people we have seen dont have STR at 100 that has to be the stat to put it in i know he is a mage but look you can win a fight with magic all the time
just for a second remember how sun ill took down a giant with a punch that power alone is good enough to do some damage plus
who know maybe he could go up against those guys with just his strength. I am just saying those 3 stats would help him enough

    1. Maybe instead of STR for our grinder it's better AGI, you know to be faster and reactive, like untouchable.
If I were him I'd use those points like this:
25 pts on luck (if 1 point used is 1 lvl)
      61 pts on WIS
74 pts on AGI (reaching lvl 100 and achive something)

    2. I think he should put it all into WIS. Wisdom doesn't just affect his combat skills and gamer abilities, it also affects real world actions.

For instance, we saw the difference raising his intelligence had on his school tests. He pretty much aced everything without even trying. Intelligence is essential for critical thinking and problem solving - perfect for mages/wizards.

Wisdom, however, is necessary for intuitive thinking, and reasoning. Two characteristics that are essential when it comes to hindsight and foresight. This would likely be the case for the fortune teller.

So if he pumped up his WIS, not only would vastly improve his combat ability, he would likely develop skills that improve his ability to predict, or even see, the future.

I don't know if this is the case for this manhwa, but high wisdom would (usually) give access to divine spells, prayers, and blessings.

  8. i agree he should not put the points in int anymore, his wisdom is low and he will need the mana regeneration to have more support spells active means more support spells = higher buffs = higher stats. im not sure if he needs points for str. he proved that he cant get extra str points by special training. but i think is agillity is reaaaaally low. by put 50 points in it he would be average fast and can dogde manyattacks and spells if needed. luk is important too. he is farming items in dungeons, higher luk means better and rare drops, so why not invest 40 points there^^. i would invest the 160 points like 40luk 60wisdom 50agi and 10 to spare ^^

and thx for translating it that fast every week :)

    1. *25 luk / 62 wisdom / rest agi
that would be two breaks at 100 points, one in wisdom and one in agi. should be awesome^^

  9. Thanks for the update sneaky sama. The harem looks at lot like that guy from Life Howling (if I remember correctly they have the same author/world)

  10. First thanks for the update!!! Nice!!!
346 in INT only 4 points more and he gets another stat skill...
He could dump the rest to make a 100 in another that way he could get another of those stat related skills
    Any thank you again!!!

  11. It's not time yet ? Noooo it's time ! pour all of these points into INT please >..<

    1. Having that much int, he probably made a long term plan already : farming his stats like hell before he pours his points because the higher a stat get the longer it take to farm for it.
Also, depending on how the world works, maxing luck for more crit damage might be better overall. Luck might affect item drop rates, lucky encounters, or crit resist.

Jee Han might consider stamina : no tanking could mean instant death, that would be a waste of a huge waste of intelligence points.

Wisdom is the best choice with better regeneration, deduction and forethought. It might also be the mental defense stat: no point on having massive mana reserve if someone can control you with a lowly charm spell.

    2. FYI... He only needs wisdom for better problem solving. His mana regeneration is almost infinite and his mental defense is covered with Gamer's mind

  12. Also, there are places where magic doesn't work, he might just farm and develop Ki abilities.

    1. Wisdom 66

      Intelligence 94

Finally! He broke through the 100 barrier for WIS! That's going to help him a lot. I can't wait to read the full chapter. But 192, ugh... so long from where we're at. What's that going to be from now, like 2 months? ugh!!!!

  16. I wonder what Jihan is going to do with the goons that will come after him after he inevitably defeated them?
Is he going to sell them as slaves, enslave them himself, let them go free to tell of his strength or kill them?
    thats going to be interesting.
    nice chap btw

  17. Imagine if he spend time understanding and applying string theory.. Warp, time travel anything can be done :)

    ReplyDelete
  18. he should just invest those extra points into luck or wisdom. luck would be really good because thats what he litterally needs....

  19. There are a number of images that are cut off again.

  20. Best Idea... Jihan should go back to the heaven and earth chief and get the knowledge of all her skills! With all his points in Int and Wis he can take on anyone. He can level all her skill up to lvl 100 in no time because he can use them passive at the same time

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. He can't. The only reason why the chief handed him those secret techniques was to test a theory that he suspected there were limits to Jihan's ability. Even if he can now learn those abilities, the chief will not allow him to learn them as they are heavily restricted to the clan. The only reason why Jihan was allowed to learn all the other skills in the first place was because they were just fundamental basics that pose no threat to outsiders learning.

  21. People saying why doesn't he put points on str, luck, why doesn't he try to spread his points....You people never played an RPG before have you ? a Jack of all trades, master of none will be great in low level fights, but when he fights high level enemies he won't be able to hold his ground in neither magic combat or close-ranged combat, he will find that his magic and physical techniques are insufficient.

So as much "boring" as some people seem to see it, he SHOULD and MUST focus on the path he started with, whether it is INT and Wisdom based ( Mage) Str and Vitality based (Warrior) or DEX and Luck based (Rogue) , going with two paths or more will give good results for a short while, but as I said he won't last long in higher levels.

  22. He is already mage so he should at 1st invest more in WIS to gain wisdom that allows him to understand what is better then he'll make sure everything is perfect ;) thx sneaky senpaĆ
